After leaving the military, I joined Cintas (Specialty Products/Corporate Apparel) where I participated in their Advanced Management Program, leading a team of Service Sales Representatives for one year before being promoted to Production Manager in Global Supply Chain at their headquarters. I later became a Distribution Center Manager at one of DWC's competitors, and then moved into Corporate Operations, where I provided subject matter expertise on various aspects of the company.

TMW: What is your vision for DWC’s operations program? …what would you like to achieve there? A: My vision for the operations program is have a constant sense of urgency, a strong drive to always improve and look for ways to improve and to continue to champion an extraordinary culture to distribute exceptional experiences for all who interact with DWC.

TMW: Last but not least, what is your proudest moment? A: While serving in the Marine Corps, I used to say that if I had just one Marine sit down with their child or grandchild one day and say, “Let me tell you about a guy I served with named Aaron Hilberg”. If they looked back and said that I had done my job well, that's all I can ask for! I don’t know if that has happened quite yet, but I hope it will someday. That is style that I strive to lead with and bring to my job.
