At DWC, Toys for Tots holds a special place in our hearts. Since our humble beginnings 16 years ago, this initiative has been a cornerstone of our holiday season—a tradition that reflects who we are as a company and how much we value giving back to the communities we serve.
Every year, our teams across the country come together to make this effort their own. This holiday season, each of our locations took time to shop for toys, choosing gifts they knew would bring joy to children in their local areas. From bikes and art kits to dolls and action figures, these toys are more than just gifts—they’re a way to share hope and kindness with those who need it most.
Chris Harrison, Denver CDC Manager, shared his thoughts: “It’s amazing to see how much heart our team puts into this every year. We know these toys will make a difference for families in our community, and being part of that is something we’re truly proud of.”
This year, our executive team joined in from Denver, demonstrating that giving back is something we embrace at every level of DWC. Together, they shopped for toys and donated to the local Toys for Tots drive, continuing the tradition that has been with us since day one.
Reflecting on the initiative, DWC CEO Travis Williams said: “From the very beginning, we’ve believed in supporting the communities that support us. Toys for Tots reminds us every year of the power of generosity and the importance of bringing joy to others. I’m incredibly proud of our team for keeping this tradition alive and making it even stronger.”
Toys for Tots has been part of our journey from the start, and it continues to remind us of the importance of community, generosity, and spreading joy. We’re grateful to every member of our team for their contributions and to the Toys for Tots organization for making such a meaningful impact year after year.
As we reflect on this holiday season, we’re reminded that these moments of giving back are what make the season truly special. Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible and to the communities who inspire us every day.
